The Post BSc Nursing program is a two-year undergraduate bridge course aimed at diploma holders in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) who wish to upgrade their qualifications to a bachelor’s level in nursing. The curriculum covers advanced nursing practices, nursing administration, community health, medical-surgical nursing, pediatric nursing, and psychiatric nursing.
The program includes both theoretical instruction and clinical practice in well-equipped laboratories and healthcare facilities. It provides a comprehensive understanding of patient care, nursing research, leadership, and management, enabling graduates to work effectively in hospitals, community health centers, nursing schools, and rehabilitation centers.
Graduates can pursue higher studies like MSc Nursing, MBA in Hospital Management, or work as senior nurses, nurse educators, and nursing supervisors in various healthcare settings.
